Art Statement

Sunlight offers a series of photographs that capture the beauty of thoughts and moments before they are gone. Based on my ongoing project, “Shadows,” I will present my latest limited-edition fine art photographs.

The interventions of light and shadows over the non-representational paintings are captured to allow others to witness these unique moments in time that will never repeat.

The images highlight the beauty of an everyday element that is often lost in the background. At the same time, the project explores the positive and negative beliefs associated with light and shadows, showing both as equally important and necessary for balance. After all, just as there would be no shadows without light, we only understand light because we know darkness.
